At MagnaPouch, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to provide you with peace of mind.

Return Policy

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@magnapouch.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package:  Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@magnapouch.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@magnapouch.com.
